A sexual offender with the face tattoo of a clown was detained once more. This happened just one day after him being freed from serving a sentence of nine years in jail.
Following being released from jail on July 7, Albert Lee Gardner, 29, was taken into custody the following day in Brooksville, Florida.
Parole and Probation Officer
Gardner recently completed a sentence of 9.5 years for indecent and lewd battery of a victim between the ages of 12 and 15.

Albert Lee Gardner’s GPS tracking device was observed at this location for an unusually long period of time. So, the parole and probation officer, who was already on the scene, had been trying to find Gardner.
Deputies from the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a 7-Eleven in the city of Brooksville. That happened after Gardner’s parole and probation officer observed his GPS monitoring device was present at the establishment for a suspiciously long period.
The predator with the clown tattoo was nowhere to be found, but his monitor was discovered in a garbage can.

The sheriff’s office stated in a press release that deputies got a call involving an overdose being dispatched, just minutes after they located the GPS device.
Rescued and Detained
At the time of the overdose, the location was determined to be 635 W. Fort Dade Avenue in Brooksville. Deputy sheriffs arrived. Once they got there, authorities determined Albert Gardner was, in fact, the individual who had taken an excessive amount of the drug.
The Narcan that deputies administered to Gardner successfully reversed the effects of the overdose. In order to receive medical care at Bravera Health Brooksville, Gardner was taken there by ambulance. Since then, he received a clean bill of health.
The predator is now facing charges of breaching his probation and fiddling with an electronic monitoring device. He is also being detained without bond.
