Sen. Tim Scott Attacked By Radical Left For Being Republican

Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina, a Republican running for president, retaliated against “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg and other liberal media figures who accused him of being oblivious to racism.

The Agenda of the Radical Left

Scott, a black man, declared his candidacy for president of the United States in 2024 in a Monday speech that emphasized his personal background and achievement in America.

The Republican politician stated he is American and criticized the crazy “radical left” for pushing America into a culture of disputes, rather than greatness and progress.

Leftist Whoopi Goldberg charged Scott with being afflicted with “Clarence Thomas Syndrome,” pointing to the fact that he is a black conservative.

Then, co-host Sunny Hostin stated his argument that black Americans can succeed in America is out of touch. Many others on the left used his ethnicity to criticize him, even accusing him of ignoring racial tensions in the United States.

Scott urged the nation to revere individuals based on the “content of their character” and “not the color of their skin.” He claimed that the “radical left” is incensed by any African-American or black conservative who opposes their agenda.

Can’t Be Black And Republican??

Later, when he was further discussing this issue, Tim Scott stated that the radical left is trembling. That’s because they push back when they see an African American conservative who contends in the future of this nation and rises to be counted.

Due to his ethnicity, Scott has historically been a target of the left. Hostin claimed on “The View” in 2021 that Republicans chose Scott to criticize President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, due to his race.

Some on the political left condemned Scott as a “token” after he drafted bills for police reform on May 25, 2020, following the passing of George Floyd.
