During a recent set of public appearances, former President Trump has shown significant worry regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
During a rally in Minden, Nevada this Saturday, he shared some of his thoughts on the unprovoked attack Russia commenced on Ukraine.
He said if Ukraine refuses to enter negotiations, the whole thing could easily spiral out of control and drag the rest of the world into a global-level conflict.
Dems’ ignorance might lead us into WW3, Trump says
Even though the purpose of his visit to the rally was to stump for Republican Senate candidate Adam Laxalt, Trump ultimately segued his speech into the topic of Russia.
He claimed a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine is our last option to evade the imminent threat of WW3.
We must demand immediate negotiation of a peaceful end to the conflict in Ukraine or we will end up in WW3 & there will be nothing left of our planet, all because stupid people didn't have a clue.

In characteristic Trump fashion, he didn’t shy away from pointing at those who failed to prevent this conflict from escalating. Trump said if World War III does break out, it’ll be precisely because of those who didn’t act on time.
While he didn’t point any fingers or name anyone specifically, it’s obvious he’s referencing the Biden administration, which pulled their support for Ukraine the moment Russia threatened an all-out war, instead of silencing them on the spot.
Even though his presidency is often looked down upon, time has shown Trump’s foreign policy instincts never miss; his warnings to Germany for relying on Russian energy too much were more than prophetic.
I remember when the left said Donald Trump was going to get us in WW3. Biden WW3 anyone? Bueller?

Trump predicts Europe’s energy crisis four years prior
Trump was certainly onto something though, even back then. He was aware being too dependent on raw materials and energy coming from countries run by tyrants and dictators is bound to backfire.
This is exactly why Trump, unlike Biden, actually pushed the US towards energy independence, instead of relying on OPEC and other Middle Eastern nations for our greatest resource.
This is proven by the fact that during his term, the US had become a net oil exporter for the first time in the past 75 years.
Aside from that, he also managed to lead one of the more successful peace efforts in the Middle East as well as other regions, with one of his peace talks in 2020 earning him one of Kosovo’s highest honors for his efforts on peace in the Eastern-European region.
The same people who told us Donald Trump was going to start WWIII are pushing Joe Biden to start WWIII.
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil…

Unlike Biden, Trump is actually worried about what the conflict with Russia will bring to Europe and the rest of the world.
He’d made numerous posts on Truth Social about it, claiming while Hurricane Ian was certainly a pressing matter, it’s important we address the Nord Stream 1 and 2 failures.
The supposed sabotaging of these two gas lines that go directly from Russia to Europe could potentially bring about major conflict in the region, as Putin’s already alluded to it on several occasions.
In the end, there’s not much Trump can do from the sidelines. A Republican victory in the midterms could easily snowball into Trump winning the 2024 presidential election, should he decide to run.
