The whole thing is politically motivated. When Trump wins in 2024 I hope the tables are turned on the democrats that have weaponized the DOJ. She sued Trump for defamation of character because he lied to attack her character. Trump made the second set of defamatory accusations after he lost in court, so her accusations are not false they are proven to be true. Alina Habba is an evil chronic habitual liar. Trump got away with the rape, but her did not keep his mouth shut. There is no attack against Trump’s supporters. She got lots of money because her ability to make money depended on her popularity and Trump damaged that and Trump’s defamation led to death threats against her. Biden’s conduct has been reported many times, but the allegations are not as serious. Trump has not been known to fight for truth nor justice. Since I have not been able to read all the threats or know the degree of danger they represented I doubt that Trump should get over $80 mil. after getting $5 mil. That is over 16 times as much. It would be easier to believe the second amount was just if it was $10 mil.
Put down the crack pipe. Calling someone a liar is NOT defamation of character. The TRUTH can never, not ever, NOT EVER be defamation. If it were, then how could you ever charge someone with say, murder? Because simply charging them many believe they are guilty, regardless of the outcome. Their lives are destroyed. The alleged allegations just don’t make any sense. No way can a sexual assault happen in a very busy large department store in the middle of the day. Even if it did happen, the victim would be able to protest or scream for help. There ad to be shoppers and sales personnel all around.
