Radical left Congresswoman AOC came forward with her baseless conspiracy theories of the January 6 chaos, accusing Republican lawmakers of intentionally bringing rioters into the building.
However, these claims have already been debunked previously by the Capitol police.
AOC Brings New Conspiracy Theories
Speaking on the Colbert show, AOC stated some members of Congress brought insurrectionists into Congress one day before the attack to help them “case the joint.”
She was referring to the tour of Rep. Barry Loudermilk with a small group of people. Though previous reports maintain the group visited the House Office building to meet the lawmaker, not Congress.
In his letter dated June 13, 2022, Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger noted his department found nothing “suspicious” about the visitors who went to Loudermilk one day before the attack.
The officer investigated the incident at the request of another Republican congressman, Rodney Davis, who asked police to check security footage to verify the claims of Loudermilk.
Manger also acknowledged Loudermilk’s remarks that he never entered Capitol Hill with his visitors.

AOC kept propagating false stories in the show, adding she has to work with “not very intelligent” Republican lawmakers who know “what they did” on January 6.
This is not the first time AOC tried to spin the facts of the January 6 event. Previously, she described the “trauma” of the day when she was not even on Capitol Hill, but in her office located half a mile away from Congress.
As she discussed her experience on a YouTube live, she explained a police officer entered her office and was looking at her with a “tremendous amount of anger and hostility.”
The police chief also wrote that Loudermilk’s group did not appear in any of the tunnels inside the building which led to Capitol Hill.
According to Manger, all tunnels were safeguarded by the USCP, so breaking into Congress was not possible.
Democrats Should Be Ashamed of Themselves
After knowing the truth, Davis noted Democrats should be “ashamed of themselves” for accusing his colleague of allowing insurrectionists into Capitol Hill.
When the news of Loudermilk’s tour made headlines, Democrats at large accused the Republican congressman of leading tourists into the sensitive locations within Capitol Hill.
Jan. 6 committee chair Bennie Thompson wrote a letter to Loudermilk, mentioning the tour “raises concern” of the panel about the happenings of the day.
The committee also released a statement, noting tourists took photographs of the places which are not typically of interest to tourists, including security checkpoints and stairs.

These days, the January 6 committee proceedings have become the epicenter of Democrats’ propaganda against Republicans.
The GOP even accused Democratic lawmakers of using the platform for political gains ahead of the midterm elections, where they are likely to face crushing defeats.
Rep. Claudia Tenney, a Republican congresswoman, stated Democrats use selected statements from congressional hearings to launch smear campaigns against Republicans.
